Mobi PCS Promotes Andrew Honda to Customer Care Manager

Honolulu, HI - Honolulu, HI—Andrew Honda has been promoted to Mobi PCS customer care manager. He joined the company in 2007 as a retail store manager and served most recently as senior customer care technical support representative.
Honda was named Mobi’s Employee of the Year for 2009 based on exemplary service, dedication to excellence and overall contributions to the company and its customers.
As Mobi’s customer care manager, Honda serves as the company’s key customer advocate, providing solutions and implementing retention programs. He also oversees all customer-care representatives and care-center operations.
Before joining Mobi PCS, he served in retail management and sales positions for Wireless Associates, Wireless Express and T-Mobile. In addition to his wireless sales experience, Honda also understands the technical side of the industry, having served as a utility technician for Ohana Telecom & Construction, where he installed and serviced digital cable and phone lines beginning in 1999.
The Kaneohe resident was raised on Kauai. He graduated from Kapaa High School before moving to Oahu to attend college. His wife Kara is the Mobi PCS product development manager; they have a three-year-old daughter.
