Mobi Bank

Some optional services available through your Mobi PCS phone are usage based (there's no fixed monthly fee), such as making an international call, or using directory assistance. To enjoy these optional services, just set aside a few dollars in your Mobi Bank. Then, when you need one of the items listed below, it will automatically be deducted from your Mobi Bank.

Pay-Per-Call Directory Assistance

Call 411 for directory assistance, driving directions, restaurant guides and reservations, movie listings and events. Each call is $1.50 per call plus tax. When using this service, you will be told the number you request; for calls within the 808 area code, you will be connected automatically. Roaming

Roaming provides Mobi PCS customers the ability to make and receive calls while on the mainland. Roaming is available in all 48 contiguous mainland states (not including the state of Hawaii or Alaska) at a rate of $0.19/minute. This charge applies to any call by a Mobi PCS customer in those states making a call to any domestic location. Charges also apply to any calls coming into a Mobi PCS customer while they are roaming. (Domestic locations include all 50 states.).

Adding Money To Your Mobi Bank

There are three ways to add money into your Mobi Bank. 1) Call *729 from your phone and deposit money using a credit / debit card. 2) Deposit cash or use your credit / debit card at the Mobi Teller. 3) Visit a Mobi customer service counter or authorized dealer and make a cash, check or credit / debit card deposit.
