Content purchased from Mobi Downloads is protected under Digital Rights Management (DRM) and is meant for personal use on a single handset. The content is locked to prevent copying and transferring in violation of DRM with the content providers. Downloads are not transferrable. Mobi PCS assumes no responsibility for the replacement of downloaded content due to upgrading software on a handset, purchase of a new handset, or replacement of handset under warranty or insurance. You will need to download and repurchase any ringtones or images for your new phone. Images or audio files which you have created or loaded onto your phone from other sources and are not locked may be able to be transferred through the manufacturer‘s mobile phone tools but that is the responsibility of the customer and can not be done by Mobi PCS.
