Refer-a-Friend and earn $10

Get rewarded each time you refer your friends and family to Mobi PCS! Simply fill out the online form, print out the form using the link below, OR fill out the form that you receive from your Mobi PCS store or authorized dealer. Pass the completed form onto your friend or family member that you are referring. If anyone that you refer should activate a new line of service, you will receive a $10 credit on your active account. Earn up to 5 referral credits, up to $50 per month. Other restrictions apply. Referral credit will be applied to the account within 4-6 weeks. A confirmation SMS message will be sent when the referral credit is applied.

REQUIREMENTS:

Submitted form must be complete and presented at the time of new activation or referral cannot be verified and will not be eligible for a reward. Incomplete forms are not valid.
Forms must be submitted at the time of new activation. New customer's first month of service must be paid.
Credit will only be applied to an active single line of service. Account receiving credit must be on an individual rate plan.
Referral credits cannot be applied to the same account that the new line of service is being activated on.
Mobi PCS employees are not eligible.
Offer valid on referrals through September 30, 2010.
