Mobi PCS Opens Eighth Store Saturday in Kaimuki -- grand opening celebration set for Sept. 22 --

Aug. 29, 2007 Honolulu, HI — Mobi PCS is expanding its retail presence with the opening of its eighth retail store: a Waialae Avenue location set to open on Saturday, Sept. 1.
The 940-square-foot Kaimuki store is at the corner of Waialae and 10th Avenues, across from Tamura’s Fine Wine & Liquors. Tyrone Bartoli will serve as store manager.
The new location joins existing Mobi PCS stores in Pearlridge Center, Windward City Shopping Center, Kapolei Ace Center, Mililani Town Center, Pearl Harbor Navy Exchange, Salt Lake Shopping Center and at 1467 South King Street. In addition, Mobi PCS is available through 68 dealer locations across Oahu.
A grand opening celebration will take place on Saturday, Sept. 22 from 11 am to 3 pm. The free event will feature music, food, family entertainment and prize giveaways including an iPod, gift certificates from Ala Moana Center and Starbucks, one-year subscriptions to Netflix and more. Deejays from KDNN and KUCD will provide music, while a tattoo and balloon artist will ensure that no one goes home without a souvenir.
Miss Hawaii 2007 Ashley Layfield will help host the grand opening festivities. Layfield, a Mobi PCS customer, will be distributing photos and signing autographs.
